James has been a hands on Animator and Motion Designer for over a decade, working between advertising and educational content. He's made films about everything from crash test dummies to dung beetles, from Thomas Edison to Malala Yousafzai. Recently creating game cinematics for CCP Games and EVE Online.

​

Born in Edinburgh, James spent his childhood majoring in Lego spaceship design before going to study film and creative writing at the University of Glasgow.

Matt is Company and Creative Director of the Glasgow based Production Attic group and boasts a background in live action short film and advertising which informs his animation work. He also enjoyed working as an animation producer on high end video game trailers. 

 

He loves to be able to combine live action and animation and has developed and operated virtual production camera rigs for video game trailers.​
